About deposit of basket: If you’re unable to complete all payments during the live stream, we can reserve your basket for ONE week. There are two choices of the basket amount $100/$200, with a $30/$60 deposit required. (**This deposit is not an additional charge; it is included within the basket total. This means when customers come to complete payment, the total amount due is the payment amount minus the $30/$60 deposit.) Customers must complete payment within one week. We will use both our livestream account and assistant account to send a reminder message two days before the basket expires. Failure to respond to messages or read messages without replying during this period will be considered abandonment of the basket. Thanks for understanding. **Please consider carefully before placing an order. The deposit is non-refundable, it is compensation for the potential loss of sales due to those items being unavailable for showing. Once the deposit or payment is completed, it will be deemed that you have agreed to this policy.
